Why are Werner Christ´s products so special?

All Christ products All of Christ's products are made with the finest, purest form of the lambskin and wool and are made with the highest quality standards. Lamb wool has a high therapeutic value, it promotes the circulation and is temperature balancing.

Lamb wool reduces the saddle pressure and prevents the formation of ulcers. Moreover, lamb wool is not a breeding ground for viruses and bacteria, and neutralize the acids and odors, and is naturally soil-repellent. The sheepskin and wool, is easy to care for and durable. All our products are practical and designed to easily withstand normal washing in the machine, and even tumble drying!

What is so special about the lamb wool?

Lamb wool is a natural product, is fully breathable, it is suitable for both summer and winter and is excellent in terms of hygien, since it is a natural bacteria resistent. Christ´s lambskin products has been carefully created to be very easy to take care of and involve, if anything, less of the work than that of horse products made of other materials.

The lamb wool´s softness against the horse's skin helps the horse to feel comfortable, to remove the pressure from the saddle, and to encourage the horse to move freely. This will help to prevent sweating or chafing, and to help the horse's ability to carry out and respond to the riders request. The horse feels what you would like him to feel, i.e., you, as a rider, and not to the uneven pressure from the saddle.

How easy to maintain are the Horsedream-products?

Riding horses, doing that things getting dirty and sweaty. You just need to air these lambskin products and easily wash them in the washing machine at 30 degrees and tumble dry later. We strongly recommend that you use our C7 cleaner for the sheepskin. If you don't want to tumbledry, you can lay out the product flat to dry. Move your product several times through the drying process. Please do not delete the inlays, prior to the wash.

How quickly will I receive my delivery?

Delivery time is normally 4-6 weekdays unless products made to order. Longer delivery times may occur if your particular color or size is temporarily out of stock with the supplier. In that case, you will be contacted about it. NOTE! Due to Covid-19 effects at the supplier, the delivery time can be longer. From about 2-3 weeks and bareback saddles about 8 weeks delivery time. You will be notified via email of the estimated time.

Do you ship within all Scandinavia and European Union?

Yes, indeed, we ship within whole of the EUROPEAN UNION, free shipping and traceable.

What to do if I regret my purchase or wish to exchange a product?

You will have 30 days money back return policy! Please contact store owner if you would like to change or send back a product. You will get a shipping label emailed and will leave the product at your local DHL representative. The item must be unused and in the original packaging, otherwise it is denied return or exchange. Customer are responsible for return shipping.

What should I do if the product is broken?

As a customer, you will always have the right to leave a reclamation. Harmony Horse provides a 1-year warranty on the products. Does not apply to normal wear and tear. If your product has been damaged, it will be repaired or replaced. Please contact store at anneli@dansamedhastar.nu prior to sending back the product in order to obtain the return label. 

How do I get the welcome discount?

In the store, a box will pop up where you can leave your e-mail address. Then you will receive an email with a discount code that you enter at checkout. The discount is 5% and applies to the entire range on your first purchase. You can also get info about new products, offers and promotions. NOTE! We do not send spam and we never give away your email address to anyone else. You can unsubscribe from email at any time.

How do I order and pay in the online store?

You can pay by Swish (in Sweden), Paypal, Stripe credit card, bank wire, or through Svea Webpay an interest-free installments. You will place your order in our shop.
