General terms and conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age, in order to purchase on Harmony Horse Horse shop. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age. If the shop have to suffer any injury, loss or damage as a result of a transaction made by a minor, it reserves Harmony Horse itself, the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or the legal guardian of a child who has caused any order. The fraud will be reported.

For the purchase of the goods, the buyer agrees to use products for the intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to take full responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of the misuse of our products. Harmony Horse will not take responsibility for the handling of the products.

Harmony Horse Horse store reserves the right to change the rates, terms and conditions that applies. The customer is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions.

All of the prices that are displayed on Harmony Horse, are inclusive of vat and in sek or Euro. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Order confirmation

When Harmony Horse horse shop has received your order, an order confirmation will automatically be sent via email with an order number. Please be sure to write your correct e-mail address. If an incorrect e-mail address has been specified, your order may not be processed. We are currently experiencing delays in the import of Werner Christ horse products to Sweden due to the Covid-19 virus, the border restrictions, transport delays, and the new import regulations.

Mr C has been also seen a huge increase in the demand for its products over the last year, and it can't keep up with the demand for the time being. They are also influenced by limitations in the supply chains of the entire world, which is affecting both the routes of the individual raw materials for them, and the route of the shipment of the finished products to the us.

With Harmony Horse you have free shipping on orders over 49,50 EUR. We ship within the EUROPEAN UNION. You will receive an e-mail message with the tracking link when your order is shipped.

Delivery time

The products of Harmony Horse Shop, has a delivery time normally of about 4 to 6 working days.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a delay in production of the supplier, and, thus, the delivery time may be longer than normal. Items that are not in stock at the supplier are made to order with a delivery time of approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery information provided after the order is placed.

Barback saddles that are out of our stock and that of the provider are made to order with a delivery time of 8 weeks or more. Please have patience and understanding for the benefit of producers and freight companies of the work. Everyone is doing everything they can in order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible under the circumstances.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged the actual shipping fees for the return and a processing fee of 25 EUR. In the event of an unclaimed packages are attached to receipt on the actual shipping cost of the invoice. Deception orders are reported to the police.

Return Policy

Harmony Horse Shop offers a 30 Day return policy! Please contact us for a return form.

You may use your right of return, only if the product is unused and in an unaltered and in sellable condition. Riding pads, bareback pads that are ridden or tested, without protection, directly on the horse, dirty cannot be returned. The product must have the labels remain, and be in their original packaging. If the product is used (placed on the horse without protection is denied. Denied returns will be charged shipping and return shipping cost.

In the case of cancellation or exchange, send back the product after receiving the return label from us at e-mail. You, as the customer is responsible for return shipping and liable for the item until we receive it. Refund will be made within 14 days, into the bank account.

Please contact the store via e-mail for the return label before the item will be returned: anneli@dansamedhastar.nu or at +46 (0)703-9000057. The goods must not be returned in any other way. If their is damage to the product, the return will be denied.


If you have received an incorrect item or a damaged product, please contact the store, and send back the product within a 10 day period. The product will be replaced and a new one will be sent to you free of charge.

Product warranty

Harmony Horse Shop provides a 1-year product guarantee on all our products. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. For approved claims, the product will be repaired or alternatively replaced with a new one. Always inform via e-mail prior to sending back the product for a return label. The return can not be sent in any other way.

Any damage/Lost package

If discovered any damage on the package, it shall be notified without delay to the post office/carrier and a claim should be made. You will be responsible for the shipping. If the damage is not discovered until after the opening of the package and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the freight company, it should immediately be contacted and a claim can be made.

Terms of payment

You can pay in several ways:

Debit/credit card through Paypal

For 100 % security. All the information is encrypted using the SSL protocol, and the store don't see your account information. Paypal offers a buying protection, and is known as one of the world´s largest payment provider. In order to protect yourself from identity theft, it will be sent a confirmation to you by e-mail after your purchase. You don't need to have a Paypal account, you can pay as a Paypal guest, and in the currency of your choice.

√ Svea Checkout

Pay with a credit card or bank through Svea Checkout.

SveaWebPay Invoice:

In case of payment by invoice, we are working with payment provider Svea Ekonomi AB. In order to pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number or taxpayer identification number. In order to pay by invoice, among other things, you must be registered in Sweden and over the age of 18.

You are not allowed to have any payment claims. All invoices of Harmony Horse shop is, transferred to Svea ekonomi AB. Invoice payment terms are 14 days with a fee of 29 SEK. In the event of late payment, contractual and statutory late payment fee will be added. Interest is charged at 2% per month. If no payment is submitted, the invoice for the collection of debts.

Svea WebPay Part-Payment:

We offer interest-free installment payment up to 12 months!. Thanks to our partnership with Svea ekonomi AB, you'll have to sign a accpount agreement, and, thus, to be able to make a part-payment of your purchase. The credit period, select the period of the alternatives that best suits your needs.

The purchase can always be paid in full at anytime before the due date. Standard credit check is done after that, the personal data provided in the checkout process, and in some cases, this means that a credit check is to be taken. You need to be registered in the population register in Sweden, in order to make a part-payment.

3 months installment at 0% interest, a Fee of 95 SEK; administration fee of 29 SEK

6 months installment at 0% interest, a Fee of 195 SEK, administration fee of 29 SEK

12 months installment at 0% interest, a Fee of 295 SEK; administration fee of 29 SEK

Wire transfer

You can pay via bank transfer. Via bank transfer your payment will be registered on the same day or the next day. Please select this payment option, at check out and make a manual payment to the bank account number.

Swish Payment

To pay by Swish, the amount of which will be filed promptly. Choose the payment option at checkout, and pay manually to the swish number provided. Swish is only available in Sweden.

If you are placing your order by e-mail or over the telephone, you can pay by Wire transfer or Swish. On the invoice you will need to provide your social security number. Invoices will be handled by Svea Webpay.
