Terms and Conditions

You must have turned 18 years of age to shop at Harmony Horse Shop. The e-store is run by Relationship-based Art of Riding. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Should the store suffer any damage or loss as a result of a transaction made by one underage, Harmony Horse reserves the right to claim compensation for losses by parents or guardians of children who has caused that order. Fraud is reported to the police.

When purchasing goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for the intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to take full responsibility for loss or damage due to abuse of products. Harmony Horse takes no responsibility for handling products.

Harmony Horse reserves the right to change prices, rules and conditions. Customer is responsible for reviewing these terms.

All prices shown on Harmony Horse are inclusive of VAT and in SEK or EURO. We reserve the right for any price changes and printing errors. You always shop with FREE shipping!

Order Confirmation

When Harmony Horse has received your order, an order confirmation is automatically sent with an order number via email. Be sure to enter a correct email address. If an incorrect email address has specified, your order cannot be processed. If you haven’t received any order confirmation, please contact store owner via email info@relationshipbasedartofriding.com


All orders placed at Harmony Horse are free of charge and Shipped throughout the European Union. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your goods are shipped.

Delivery time

The products at Harmony Horse are order products with a delivery time on normally about 5-7 working days. Longer delivery times may occur during high load at the supplier or if a product is temporarily out of stock. If the item is temporarily out of stock at the supplier, this will be notified immediately on e-mail. Please note: Because of the Covid -19 delays in the shipping may occur.

Unresolved packages

Unsolved packages are charged with the actual return shipping as well a handling fee of 25 EURO. In the event of an unresolved package, the actual shipping cost is forward to the customer responsible on the billing invoice. Fraud orders are reported to the police.

Right of withdrawal / Money Back Guarantee

Harmony Horse offers 30 Days Money Back Guarantee and Free Returns on unused products!

You may exercise your right of withdrawal only if the goods are unused in unchanged and marketable condition. It should be returned in original packaging. If the product is used (placed on the horse without protection) one is made depreciation on it, or, alternatively, the return is denied. You get money return for the item less the value deduction according to law. Refunds are made within 14 days to the specified bank account.

If you have a right of withdrawal / exchange you send the product back free of charge after you have received a shipping note from us by email. You as a customer are responsible for the goods until we receive it.

Always contact the store for return label before returning the item: info@relationshipbasedartofriding.com or +46 703-9000057. The item may not be returned in any other way. If the product is damaged the return is denied.


If you have received the wrong item or a broken item, please contact the store and return the product within 10 days. The product is replaced and a new one will be sent to you.

Product Warranty

Harmony Horse offers a 1-year product warranty on all products. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. Upon approved complaint, we repair the product, or a new one is sent. Always notify by email before you return the goods for return receipt. The complaint cannot be sent in another way.

Damaged / Missing packages

If damage is detected on the package, it must be reported immediately to the post office / transport company and a claim must be made. Do not receive a damaged package. If the damage is not detected until the opening of the package and the damage is of the nature that it can be attributed to the carrier’s handling, it should be contacted immediately and one injury notification be made.


You can choose to pay in several different ways:

√ Payment / credit card via Paypal

100% security. All information is encrypted with SSL and the store can do not see your account information. Paypal offers buyer protection and is known as the world’s safest and largest payment system online. To protect you against identity theft a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail after your purchase. You do not need a Paypal account but can pay as Paypal guest and in any currency.

√ SveaWebPay Invoice:

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. In order to To purchase an invoice, you must enter your social security number or number. Prerequisite for being able to shop against an invoice is among other things, that you are registered in the register of population records in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any payment notes. All invoices are transferred by Harmony Horse to Svea Ekonomi AB. invoice payment terms are 14 days and an invoice fee of SEK 29 is added. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be paid. Interest on interest is paid at 2% per month. In case of non-payment the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

√ SveaWebPay Pay as follows:

We offer interest-free installments. Through our collaboration with Svea Ekonomi AB allows you to sign an account credit agreement and thus be able to pay part your purchase. √ Bank transfer

You can pay by bank transfer. By bank transfer your is registered payment the same day or the day after. Select this payment option in checkout and make a manual payment to the specified account number.

√  Swish

Sweden residents only! Pay quickly by swish the amount that comes in promptly. Select this payment option at checkout and pay manually to the specified swishnummer. Swish is only available in Sweden.

If you place your order via email or phone you can pay via Bank transfer, Swish or Invoice. For the invoice you need to state your number. Invoices are handled by Svea Webpay.

You do not need to register an account to shop with Harmony Horse. You can choose the cash register and fill in your information. You can create an account with Paypal if you don’t already have it, you never have to re-enter your information regardless of the website you are shopping through this payment provider.

Social security numbers only need to be stated when invoicing and part payment.
