You may use your right of return, only if the product is unused and in an unaltered and in sellable condition. Any damage/Lost package

If discovered any damage on the package, it shall be notified without delay to the post office/carrier and a claim should be made. You will be responsible for the shipping. If the damage is not discovered until after the opening of the package and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the freight company, it should immediately be contacted and a claim can be made.
